Design Engineer
– Develop appropriate design criteria (in English) for Structures, Electric or Mechanic
– Detailed design of concrete and steel structures or MEP, including preparation of calculation packages (in English) for client review and approval
– Develop and review technical specifications in English
– Age not over 35 years old
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Civil, Machanical, Electrical)
– At least 2 years work experience in design of building, industrial or infrastructure projects
– Professional Engineering License would be advantageous
– Good command of related design softwares packages
– Good command in written and spoken English

Architect / Interior Designer
– Conversion of Client’s brief and requirements into Design Criteria, Drawings, Specifications, and material selection lists
– Development of architectural interior plans, layouts, drawings and analysis based from Client’s and Project requirements
– Development of Schematics, Conceptual, Design Development, For Construction Documentation and Specifications
– Provide design progress updates including technical assistance and offer solutions to Project team and/or Client during instruction
– Age not over 35 years old
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior
– At least 2 years work experience in Architectural or Interior design in Real Estate, Mixed-use Business, Shopping Mall & Retail, Hospitality or industrial projects.
– Good command of related design softwares (Sketch up, AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax, Photoshop)
– License for Architectural Professional would be advantageous

Site Engineer
– Assisting the Site Manager on the management and delivery of specific project elements, general construction, site supervision, prequalification, evaluation/certification of progress payments and application of good practice construction management
– Liaising with other related consultants on the project; thus ensuring construction progress is expedited and delivered in time and under budget
– Age not over 35 years old
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management or related fields
– At least 2 years work experience in site supervision with the Construction industry, for Hotels or High building or industrial projects would be advantage
– Comprehensive EH&S Management skills
– Flexible, able to relocation to up country
– Good command in computer literacy and English

Accounting & Finance Manager
– Responsible in overall accounting and financing tasks.
– Handling month-end reconciliation of balance sheet and controlling accounts.
– Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all tax reports and statutory reports to the Revenue Department and other required parties.
– Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and reporting by analyzing the company’s budgets and checking budgets and financial statements for each business unit.
– Monitoring banking activities of the organization, ensuring adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs.
– Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data.
– Maintenance/Improvement of existing accounting and finance systems or/and business processes.
– Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
– Age 35 years old up
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial or Accounting field
– At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting, finance administration including experience at the management level from a Service,Construction.
– Able to use Express Program.
– Relevant certifications, CPD and CPA will be preferred.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and can multi-task.
– Good interpersonal & communication skills, leadership skills, decision-making ability, effective communication, interpersonal skills, time management ability and stress management ability.
– English good and computer literacy
